A former employee of Robert De Niro by the name Graham Chase Robinson has sued him in return after the ‘Taxi Driver’ star filed a $6 million lawsuit against her for breach of fiduciary duty, duty of loyalty, and fraud.

The drama started in August when Canal Productions, De Niro’s company labeled Graham Chase Robinson, a ‘disloyal employee’, reporting that she used to bill her personal expenses on the company credit card, binge-watch Netflix for long hours at work among several other petty accusations. To sum it up, the lawsuit portrayed Robinson as a cheapskate thief.

In a counter lawsuit, Ms. Robinson mentioned that, “He does not accept the idea that men should treat women as equals. He does not care that gender discrimination in the workplace violates the law.” The lawsuit mentions that she has been working at Canal Productions since 2008 and was repeatedly subjected to “years of gender discrimination and harassment.”

The $12 million lawsuit also includes sensitive details on how De Niro used to treat her physically from time to time. Robinson recounts the time when De Niro made vulgar comments, joked about Viagra, directed her to imagine him on the toilet and subjected her to gratuitous physical contact. It also explicitly mentions–“Among other things, De Niro would direct Ms. Robinson to scratch his back, button his shirts, fix his collars, tie his ties and prod him awake when he was in bed, De Niro also stood idly by while his friend slapped Ms. Robinson on her buttocks.”

So far, De Niro’s lawyer has denied all these claims. However, Robinson’s lawyer has attached a voice clip of a phone recording which says otherwise.
