The growing feud between the WHO and Trump administration has escalated quickly as the POTUS has decided to cut funds to the organization. In a press statement from the White House on Tuesday, Trump announced that the WHO has severely mismanaged and covered up the spread of Coronavirus. Ever since the impact of the infection started taking a rapid sweep over the US, the President has been accusing WHO for its biased behavior towards China where it first originated; whereas, the health observatory has been constantly denying this.
America has been so far the largest funder of the health organization with a contribution of around $400 million last year.
