The blonde bombshell Suzanne Marie Somers is an American actress, singer, businesswoman, and health spokesperson. She has appeared in the television role of Chrissy Snow on Three’s Company and many other famous shows.

Somers has written over 20 books on health and wellness and she is an expert in proving it in real life. She said in a recent interview, ‘I thought that when I was 73 I would be old, I’m chronologically old, but I’m not old. I’m enjoying aging because I have acquired wisdom because I’m not pilled up and because I have juice. I love the way I look.’

She included, ‘I really take good care of myself. I don’t take any drugs either over the counter or pharmaceutical, I grow my own organic food, I rub on hormone cream every day. Everything that I write about in my books, I live the life that I write about.’

She has also revealed a few of her tips- she said it’s also possible to go deeper and test whether you’re deficient in minerals, nutrients and vitamins because ‘that’s what makes the body run.’
