Sarah Hyland and her hubby Wells Adams are lamenting over the death of their paw friend Carl. The recently wed couple shared on their social media spaces that their dog Carl had left this world and “gone to doggy heaven”.
The paw parents shared a number of images of their beloved dog Carl along with an emotional caption on each of their own Instagram accounts.
“Our gentle giant Carl, You were our protector, our best hug giver, and the light of our lives. Thank you for being the greatest friend anyone could ask for. I’ll love you forever. You’ll always be my best big boy, dad’s best friend, and Boo’s first love,” she continued. “We’ll cuddle in our sleep 🌈🤍,” captioned the Modern Family star.
Adam adopted Carl in 2014 and he also brought his pet to the audition of Bachelor In Paradise. A very heartfelt caption on Adam’s Instagram photo expressed how much he will miss Carl and hoped for a dream visit so the two could play tug of war.
“A true gentle giant. You were sweet, noisy, protective, and slobbery, and boy did you give the best hugs! You were the best boy I’ve ever known. I hope you thought I was a good dad. We’ve been through so much and I there’s no way I would be here without you. Carlos the blooder, know that mom, dad, and boo love you forever. I hope you visit me all the time in my dreams to play tug of war,” captioned Adam.
