Taylor Swift sued for her app, Swiftlife

The owner of a computer company, Patrick Benot claims that the name Swiftlife is originally and rightfully his since 2007. Taylor Swift recently launched a gaming app with the same  name, ever since it has been problematic for his company, as the company even received emails regarding her app to their mail id. Hence, he has filed a lawsuit against the singer for the same.
