Everything About NBA All-Star Weekend 2022

The NBA All-star draft was announced on February 10; and on February 20, you will witness all your favorites play. We have curated all the interesting specifics and updates for you:

• Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James and Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant are the two captains. They got the most fan votes in their respective conferences
• Team LeBron has got Giannis Antetokounmpo and Stephen Curry. Plus, he and the reigning MVP in Nikola Jokic
• On the other hand, Team Durant is left with Andrew Wiggins. Ja Morant and Joel Embiid are great picks, but Durant isn’t playing on his own team. He is going to have to really crush it in the reserves draft, which means he needs to land James Harden, Luka Doncic, and LaMelo Ball
• Kevin Durant is out of the NBA All-Star weekend due to a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee. Jason Tatum will replace Durant this 2022.
• Draymond Green will be replaced by Dejounte Murray, San Antonio Spurs guard due to a lower back/disc injury

The All-Star MVP trophy will bear Kobe Bryant’s name, an 18-time All-Star winner with a record of four All-Star MVP awards. The 71st NBA All-Star games will take place at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland.
