Controversies soon began to follow after the letter when the excerpts of the letter leaked in the newspaper. Apparently, Thomas Markle passed on the note to The Mail, a U.K. tabloid last Sunday. According to sources, the Duchess of Sussex is suing the newspaper for breaching privacy and copyright infringement after leaking a private letter on a public forum. The lawyers representing the newspaper alleged in court that it was Meghan Markle who intended to leak the letter but pretend it to have surfaced without her knowledge. They claimed that she desperately wanted to share her side of the story to the public but wanted to stay under the radar at the same time.
The Duchess of Sussex has also alleged that the newspaper has an agenda against her and is using the case to generate clickbait.

The GMB host was slammed by Bette Midler to “F***off” after she posted her thoughts on the Duchess of Sussex’s future.
The Duchess of Sussex is persisting to raise her voice on the need for voting and this time it’s a chat with popular feminist Gloria Steinem.
Both of them had a chat for a “historic backyard chat” to “discuss representation, why each vote matters and how all women ‘are linked, not ranked,’” as per the glimpse posted by MAKERS Women’ social media page.

“What worries me the most are young people, who I understand are the least likely to vote and I can understand the feeling that they don’t think they have an impact,” Steinem added. “Yet, it’s more important for them to vote than anyone else because they’re going to be alive long after I am, and they’re going to be suffering the consequences.”
In turn, Meghan questioned, “Do you feel hopeful?”
She replied saying: “I do feel hopeful.”

Markle urged for “change” and prior to concluding she added that: “If you aren’t going out there and voting, then you’re complicit.”
To this Piers hit back and asked Meghan to be removed from her royalty as she stated that she must not involve her in another nation’s politics.
