Kylie Jenner has filed legal paperwork to claim the rights of the phrase ‘Rise and Shine’. The Makeup mogul is actively trying to trademark the phrase after a viral video of her singing to her one-year-old daughter, Stormi trended online.

The youngest Billionaire after singing rise and shine to her daughter now wants to stick the Rise and shine label wherever she can get her hands on–cosmetics, belts, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, jackets, scarves, sleepwear, swimsuits and undergarments, and any clothing as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
