The musician has produced iconic tunes like ‘The Great balls of fire’ and won several awards, including the Grammy lifetime achievement award. The last survivor of a generation that included Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, and Little Richard, known for his foot-stomping, energetic and lively performances, where he does not stay still while playing his instrument.
Jerry dropped out of school and joined Sun Studios, eventually becoming a session musician for Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash, who were beginning their careers. With scandals(he was married seven times) and boycotts following, Jerry established himself through all of it.
