Jack Kessy To Play New Hellboy In ‘the Crooked Man’

Jack Kesy will act as a Hellboy in ‘The Crooked Man’, a new film based on a wicked comic book character. Kesy has already appeared in various movies such as ‘Deadpool 2’, ‘The Outpost’, ‘Baywatch’ and more. He will be the third artist to play the Hellboy role in the last two decades. Firstly, Ron Perlman played Hellboy in the 2004 and 2008 sequels. Later, David Harbour played the role in the 2019 reboot part. Brian Taylor is the director of Hellboy: The Crooked Man, notable for collaboration with the direction team Taylor and Neveldine. The storyline follows a rookie Bureau of Police Research and Development(BPRD) agent and Hellboy found abandoned in 1950s rural Appalachia, where they detect a witches’ community ruled by a local devil. This devil is named a Crooked man who is linked with Hellboy’s past, following a dangerous encounter.

The rights to Hellyboy were bought in 2018 by Millenium Media. The co-president of Millennium Media, Jonathan Younger said that Jack Kesy can transform into his roles easily and his talent is perfect for the younger Hellboy. He was impressed once working with Jack Kesy on ‘The Outpost’. The production of the movie is set to begin next month in Bulgaria. The release date of ‘The Crooked Man’ is not revealed yet.
