In the loving memory of Jason Momoa’s beard.
The Game of Thrones and Aquaman star took to social media and stunned fans by kissing his beard Goodbye. Netizens all over the world gaped in awe (and a tad bit of horror) as Jason Momoa casually trimmed his iconic beard.
He made sure that he lost the beard for a novel ‘eco-friendly’ cause. In the video, he raised awareness of using recyclable aluminium plastic cans to help save the world for better. He captioned the video clip saying “Goodbye DROGO, AQUAMAN, DECLAN, BABA! I’m shaving this beast off, it’s time to make a change,” speaking of the planet, he added, “A change for the better…for my kids, for your kids, the world.”
In the middle of the shave, Momoa recommended using aluminum, which he explains is 100% recyclable and also the key to saving our planet along with promoting canned water.
He had kept his beard since 2013 and might have decided to take them off for a change. What a way to commemorate the shave of the world’s most identifiable beard and vouch for the planet’s sustainable future at the same time.
