The 2025 Academy Awards were full of memories that will never be forgotten, and they are sure to go into the history books. Here are some memorable moments that you might have missed!

With Conan O’Brien hosting the Academy Awards, there are many behind-the-scenes photos of some surprising reunions of cute couples.

The Oscars opened with an electric monologue from O’Brien that included some zingers about Best Picture nominees like Conclave, Wicked, Anora, and many more. With lightly teasing director Sean Baker’s film, and some comedy on how the Anora movie used the F word 497 times, the camera cut to the Best Actress nominees in the audience, whose awards have been marked by controversy over the social media comments.

Caught on camera were some cute moments between Chalamet and his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, who stepped out for a date night at the awards ceremony, as he was up for the Best Actor for his performance in “A Complete Unknown.” And yet another BTS moment, where Halle Berry locked lips with Adrien Brody, the playful red carpet moment that happened 22 years after Adrien kissed her in an unsuspecting way at the 2003 Oscars. This was yet another unforgettable play-by-play moment at this year’s Oscars.

In the lobby, Emma Stone, and Jack Antonoff made their way to the bar together with her husband Dave McCary, and later, when the music producer made a joke, she slapped his arm before laughing out loud. Gal Gadot watched Zoe Saldana win her first ever Oscar for Best Supporting Actress, with her husband, and a glass of wine. We could also see Annabelle Wallis and Sebastian Stan chatting with Rita Wilson. There were some notable moments at the bar that were also captured, because the bar was a hot spot for all the biggest celebrities.

Inside the show, yet another moment between Chalamet and Kylie was captured as they had a sweet little moment with his sister, Pauline Chalamet, and Elle Fanning, as they greeted the couple during a commercial break. There were some captures of preparations for the hangry award attendees, where O’Brien made sure everyone got their box of water, pretzels, and other goodies, which featured a handwritten letter from the host saying, “I hope you enjoy these snacks, I tried my best to include a gummy but Disney said that was a ‘hard pass.’”

With yet another commercial break, the camera spotted Selena Gomez, and Gascon, in an interaction, as she had walked over to her co-star to say hello. Caught on camera was Stone and BLACKPINK’s Lisa backstage, after Stone gushed over how “Incredible” of a singer she is, and clicked two snaps with her, and also with other guests. Later,  Selena and Kieran Culkin showed their appreciation for the L. A. firefighters, they were also invited to the awards, and had a little chit chat. They also got a few pictures signed. Adrien Brody won the award for Best Actor for his performance in the “Brutalist,” and he posed for a group picture, along with his fellow nominees – Chalamet, Domingo, and Stan.

If you have closely noticed, you will agree that the winners weren’t the only ones who stole the spotlight throughout the night. Many presenters also had some memorable moments throughout the show. The presenters’ list included Ana de Armas, Sterling K. Brown, Da Vine Joy Randolph, Miles Teller, Whoopi Goldberg, and Miley Cyrus.

There was a beautiful reunion between Oprah Winfrey and Whoopi Goldberg. The duo had starred together in the movie, “The Color Purple,” 40 years ago. Winfrey and Goldberg paid an emotional tribute to legendary record producer, Quincy Jones. There was also a star-studded salute for Jones from many others, including Queen Latifah. Jones wasn’t the only one to receive a special tribute, as Morgan Freeman also went up on stage to honor his friend and co-star, Gene Hackman, who had died on the 26th of February. With music being prevalent throughout the show, there were several amazing events like the “Wicked” performance by Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo.
