Adele Opens Up About Her Therapies

Adele claims to be back in therapy

In her weekend show, “Weekends with Adele,” the sensational Grammy Award-winning singer revealed that she is undergoing therapy to help her improve her mental health, which she started after her divorce from her ex-husband Simon Konecki, with whom she split up in 2019.

“But I stopped holding myself accountable for my own behavior and the things I would say. But now I am doing it because I just want to make sure I’m topping myself up every week to make sure I can give you everything. And my whole therapy session this week was really interesting, it was about these shows,” said Adele.

During the early days of her divorce, she claimed she had to attend five sessions a day. Additionally, she declares that she will not place any blame on herself and that she is improving herself in order to excel at everything she does.

“I always get so emotional, I love making music, but there is something about performing live that actually terrifies me and fills me with dread. That is why I am not a big touring artist. I did it last time to prove I could do it. But this experience of being in a room this size, I think I might be a live artist for the rest of my life,” revealed Adele in the show.

She continued by stating that although she loves creating songs, she avoids being a “a big touring artist” because of her extreme stage fear.

Adele Slams Critics For Hitting On Her Bantu Knot!

The recent buzz on the internet was all about Adele’s Bantu Knots which created quite a stir. Being a traditional African hairdo the Grammy recipient

The recent buzz on the internet was all about Adele’s Bantu Knots which created quite a stir. Being a traditional African hairdo the Grammy recipient 32, set up the fire post she posted a picture of her in the hairstyle and donning a bikini printed with Jamaica’s flag.

She was actually honoring the London yearly Notting Hill Carnival but this did not go well with critics who stated she has defamed the culture of Jamaica. To this Adele wrote saying: “Why? — During Brandy and Monica‘s August 31 “verzuz” battle on Instagram Live” and posted this comment stating: “Wah Gwaan! Yow gyal, yuh look good enuh.”

This is the slang from the African nation which is used to welcome and also with the meaning of “What’s up?” or “What’s going on?” and the other part of the comment is said to be “Your girl, you look good, you know.”

This term “Wah Gwaan” was used back earlier by the former President of US Barack Obama at his speech in 2015.

But it’s not clear whether it was the singer who commented but she has not responded to the allegations or comments.
