Gennady Podolsky associated with a travel agency in Chicago has been caught red-handed for fraud on “Delta frequent flyer miles worth $2million.” Podolsky 43, is a Ukrainian settled in the U.S and the fraudulence was found out and was laid with allegations in the court of Northern District in Georgia on Friday.
The verdict was given by a “federal grand jury with 12 counts of wire fraud.” The public attorney stated that: Gennady “used travel agency client tours to operate the airline’s corporate reward program. “
With the right to use, he supposedly breached the Delta Flyer program and earned around millions of Sky coupons which is worth $1.75 million dollars stated “Chris Hacker FBI special agent, Atlanta office.”
As per the airline rules travel businesses can register and get points each time they go on a trip. Podolsky was brought before trial with the complaint that he used the deals and made several customers register in a fertility center which was under the disguise of a travel agency told the attorney.
Besides, Chris stated that: He cheated and used those points for free traveling. “The fraudulent accumulation of frequent flyer miles in the travel industry may seem like a victimless crime, however, large corporations stand to lose significant profits.”
