The Final Part of Star Wars Might Bring Seizures to People Suffering from Epilepsy!

The firm released an official statement stating that: the movie has “several sequences with imagery and sustained flashing lights,” that could result in photosensitivity to epilepsy affected people.

The most awaited sequel of Star Wars: “The Rise of Skywalker” will be the last part of the saga. The buzz is that it may cause “seizures to people having epilepsy” stated Walt Disney.

The firm released an official statement stating that: the movie has “several sequences with imagery and sustained flashing lights,” that could result in photosensitivity to epilepsy affected people.

Further, Disney requested to put up a notice in every theatre to alert audiences who has the disease. But they have not mentioned briefly on a specific scene or parts of the film have flashlights. They have been tight-lipped on the story.

The major issue in epilepsy is that it can affect or cause seizures for a particular flashing as per reports from the Epilepsy Foundation. The light flash from a fire alarm to blinking monitors of computers targets photosensitive people.

This disease is seen majorly in young adults and about 50 million are affected across the globe as per the World Health Organization.

It’s better for the audience who suffers from this photosensitive to ask their pals to watch the movie in the first place. This will enable them to ensure that they can avoid those scenes prior.
