A grocery thief caught while trying to steal 30 bags of frozen shrimp from the Vons market in the city of Riverside. He reportedly used his pants to hide those shrimps and took several turns to smuggle all those 30 bags.
Police arrested and pressed charges against the burglar on Wednesday
Each time he went to the frozen food section and concealed the shrimp in his pants, Riverside police said in a statement.
The stolen food had a retail value of more than $500.
Police recovered the security video footage to confront the robbing act of the suspect in the market was posted on the Riverside Police Department’s Facebook page.
