Hollywood had unexpectedly closed due to Corona Virus which is quite a loss for the industry. Latest releases, performances, and musical tours have been called off to avoid spreading amidst the crowd.
Further, TV shows, red carpet events were all canceled post to the New York Governor Andrew Cuomo issued to cancel public gatherings and so on. Even Disneyland and all other huge entertainment places are shut across the globe due to the hype that Corona had created.
Due to this the upcoming sequel of Quiet Place starring Emily Blunt and John Krasinski is also facing delay to hit the screens. Once the virus had begun spreading the caution has pushed to cancel or postpone all events, premiers on the calendar especially the “Southwest conference and festival in Austin, Texas and Hollywood’s annual movie expo CinemaCon, in Las Vegas, etc.”
Further, John Krasinski who wrote and directed “Quiet Place 2” stated that this movie produced by Paramount Pictures will be delayed and the date of release will be announced soon.
He said that: “One of the things I’m most proud of is that people have said our movie is one you have to see together,” Krasinski said in a message on social media. “Well due to the ever-changing circumstances of what’s going on in the world around us, now is clearly not the right time to do that.”
Besides, Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson affected by Corona has sent shock waves amidst celebrities. It is said that he was in Australia filming on Elvis Presley’s biopic which is stopped by Warner Bros.
