The National day in Monaco witnessed a special tribute to Princess and actress Grace Kelly. The royal home was moved to the tunes of “Amazing Grace” as the occasion began. The day started in the country with the musical evening emphasizing the 90th birthday of the actress.
The event saw her son Prince Albert II in tears as he couldn’t control his feeling. He was seen comforted by his wife who took his arms in her arms. There was also a special dedication from the US forces for the Philadelphia born star. This was watched by the family from the palace gallery. The grandkids Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella had also accompanied their parents but left before paying tribute for their father’s mother.
Born in the year 1929 on November 12th the actress went on to crown as the princess of Monaco after she tied the knot with Rainier III. She has 2 daughters Princess Stephanie and Princess Caroline who was seen at the event along with Prince Albert.
The place was decorated with red and white flowers representing the national flag. The event will be covered by the Royal Central in the country.
