Agents Holden Ford (Jonathan Groff) and Bill Tench (Holt McCallany) will be returning for a reboot of the crime series Mindhunter on Netflix in August 2019. The series, inspired by real-life events describing the cutting edge work to understand patterns in crime behavior by interviewing incarcerated serial killers.
The federal investigation bureau’s Behavioural Sciences unit will be back on August 2019, to probably profile more serial killers in the 1970s. From what we know, the second season will be focusing on the murder spree in Atlanta from 1979-81, which saw 28 children, teens, and adults, all of them being African-American.
