The Thor star has posted a message in his social media in regards to COVID-19 outbreak. As it has affected globally and worsened the situation, Chris Hemsworth has given a solution to his followers.
He emphasized on the anxieties that Kids have been going through due to the lockdown period. To tackle this he had guided them with meditation. Besides, he also shared that his children were able to be calmer and peaceful because of mediation. It also helped him when he followed the same.
Hemsworth also said that children might not understand the pros of mediation or learn them at the start, but when gradually taught everything will work out. Further, he also spoke about his pal who suggested meditation.
Adding to this Chris Hemsworth said that with centr.com he will share few tips on meditation especially for kids which will have sleep visualizations, positive thinking, and other useful activities.
He is also providing fitness tips with his app CentrFit.
As per sources, the tips on meditation will first be released on trial for 6 weeks for free and once the trial ends the user is expected to pay $19,99 per month. Moreover, it is free for kids during the quarantine period.
