Kodak Black was caught smiling, with handcuffs on, detained by Police on Saturday. Miami Police arrested Kodak Black while he was on his way to the Rolling Loud Music Festival in South Florida. The festival celebrates hip hop artists all over the world.

Even though we do not exactly know why he was detained, one statement says that he was held for a criminal offense related to illegal possession of weapons.
Lil Wayne, on the other hand, refrained to perform at the festival as the Police demanded he is questioned and interrogated before he could take on the stage. Lil Wayne tweeted saying he refused to perform after being subjected to a search by security personnel or police.

This is the second time Kodak Black has been arrested in a span of two months. Last month he was arrested for possessing guns and weed in his car on the US-Canada border while on his way to attend a concert in Boston.
