The wrestler turned actor Dwayne Johnson shared his comments post watching the Dark Side of the Ring’s Tuesday episode.
His tweet said: “This man was one of my all-time fav heels (bad guys) in pro wrestling and influence on me when I first shook his hand in Hawaii when I was 12. I’ve seen an early cut of this episode and highly recommend you watch if you have any squared circle DNA in your blood.”
The next episode will see the legendary star David Schultz and his unpopular encounter with 20/20 reporter John Stossel in 1980.
Schultz participated in AWA, NWA, and Stampede Wrestling rings and the upcoming series will be telecasted on April 28th at 10.pm on Vice TV.

His encounter with John Stossel goes back to 1984and due to this he was sacked from the wrestling federation. But some think that he might have had an argument with the reporter behind the stage as well.
Though he made a comeback to the Memphis match, he retired soon after that. Post that he had a bail bonds firm. He was the recipient of prominent awards like the “‘Wrestling Award’ given by Cauliflower Alley Club in 2019 and is also a 3X North American Champion in Stu Hart’s Stampede Wrestling from Calgary,” and was also introduced to the promotion’s of Hall of Fame.
