Holding away from social media is a hard hurdle for even a common man. For celebrities, its very close to impossible. The infamous ‘Friends’ star, Jennifer Anniston was away from social media for years but recently broke the streak. She took every one of her fans by surprise by creating an account on IG on October 15th.
She already crossed 17 million followers by tonight and the follower’s count keeps climbing drastically.
When she asked to comment on a private TV show, she said “It was just one of those things. Eventually — it’s not going anywhere, right? So why not join the party? And it’s not that scary. [You can] share information, connect with your fans, right wrongs that are said about you, have fun, make fun of yourself, make fun of people. Help animals get rescued”
