Guess the Trump Foundation is in deep trouble. A legal lawsuit has been filed by Barbara Underwood, the Attorney General of New York State, against the American President and his three children, Ivanka, Donald Jr, and Eric, on misusing the charity’s funds for business and political benefits.
In one of her statements, Barbara claims, there is “a shocking pattern of illegality involving the Trump Foundation- including unlawful co-ordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and willful self-dealing, and much more”. While the report involves big-time accusations regarding the funds handled, the lawsuit is simply one among the many cases surrounding Trump and his family.
Though the 72-year-old President hasn’t commented on any of these yet, he did take it to Twitter last June, explaining how the foundation lends a helping hand to those in need.
The sleazy New York Democrats, and their now disgraced (and run out of town) A.G. Eric Schneiderman, are doing everything they can to sue me on a foundation that took in $18,800,000 and gave out to charity more money than it took in, $19,200,000. I won’t settle this case!…
