The district court of Salt Lake City, Utah is pressing charges against the couple who allegedly had sex in front of their 3-year-old kid. The court documents accusing the couple says that their toddler daughter walked in on them while they’re intimate. However, the couple didn’t stop after the woman wanted to ignore the kid watching them.
A Cottonwood Heights woman, 35, and a Midvale man, 56, were each charged Friday in 3rd District Court. They’re facing charges for exposing minor to harmful materials, a third-degree felony, and lewdness involving a child, a class A misdemeanor.
“When (the child) reached up and patted (the man) on the head, (he) expressed concern, but (the woman) stated that it was OK and (he) should keep going,” the charges state.
Apparently, the case shows mixed reactions from the public while some support the couple calling the charges a bit extreme and some criticize the couple for being ignorant and poor parenting.
