Social media, and Instagram in particular, is so much about presenting your best self and best life – but we all know that only showing that “perfect” content isn’t the full story, and can make you and others feel not-so-good. Don’t be afraid to show that life isn’t picture-perfect – there is power in authenticity. By being open about who you are, and about your experiences and what you believe in, you are sending a message that it’s ok to get “real” – and it can empower others to do the same.
