Well, age is just a number and Britney proves it once again as she slays her yoga poses in a cute little lavender bikini. With her signature tennis shoes on, the 38-year old star, flexed her muscles for some strong moves that would give every yoga trainer a run for his money.

“In 2020, I will be doing a lot more acro yoga and the basics for yoga…I’m a beginner and it’s kind of hard to let go…learning to trust and letting someone else hold your body!!”, she wrote on Instagram. “I have a lot of things I keep bottled up so I keep my body moving!!!”, she further added. Brit had also mentioned how she ran a 100m yard dash in 6.8 speed trying to match her high-school record of 6.
