Billy Porter in fusion tuxedo gown on the Golden Globes 2023

Billy Porter the versatile entertainer, actor, singer, writer, and director stunned once again with his dramatic Tuxedo fashion. The 53-year-old singer arrived on the red carpet for Golden Globe Awards 2023 held at Beverly Hills on Jan.10 in his unique rocking style. 

The actor wore a tuxedo overlay bright pink gown designed by the famous Christian Siriano. He paired the tuxedo with a white shirt and pink bow tie. The look was complete with statement dazzling rings on both of his hands and smoky light purple eyeshadows. 

“THE KING @theebillyporter in this custom Siriano tuxedo overlay gown tonight at the #goldenglobes! Bammm 💕💕💕💕 #billyporter,” Siriano called his friend to be King in the caption. 

It is to be noted that the black suit Billy wore broke the internet to storm. The new modern gown is on display in the V&A’s “Fashioning Masculinities: The Art of Menswear” exhibit in London. His Egyptian costume for Met Gala was jaw-dropping, and he was carried by six men to the red carpet.

When spoken Bill expressed that, “not about me wearing a dress on the red carpet.” he continued “It’s actually not a dress. Balance is what I’m going for,” he added. “The conversation is in the balance.”

Porter once spoke to Page Six Style about his thoughts on the outfits, “The conversation is much deeper than … Billy showing up in a dress. The whole world has changed since I showed up on a red carpet in a tuxedo dress.”
