Breaking: Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun Gets Engaged!

Hurray! The pop-punk princess and rockstar Avril Lavigne and American singer Mod Sun are officially engaged. And it’s the perfect princess moment for Avril when her beau whom she’s dating for nearly a year got down on one knee in front of the Eiffel Tower. So, yea! congrats to the 37-year-old rockstar lady and 35-year-old singer for taking off to a bigger life goal.

Avril shared the happy moment with her fans via an Instagram post and made it official that the couple got engaged on March 27 in Paris. She captioned “Yes, I’ll love you forever!”

Mod Sun also took to Instagram to celebrate the big day. He wrote, “I was on one knee as I looked in your eyes. You’re too beautiful for my words to describe. I grabbed your hand + took one last breath… I said “will you marry me?” + she said “yes”.”

“It was the most perfect, romantic proposal I could ever ask for,” Avril revealed to People. “We were in Paris on a boat in the Seine River. We had a violin player, champagne and roses. It felt like time stood still, and it was just the two of us at the moment.” Talk about a romantic proposal!

The gorgeous engagement ring and the most romantic proposal had become the talk of the Hollywood town lately.
