Al Roker Was Taken Back To The Hospital Immediately After Being Discharged The Day Before

Al Roker, the famous NBC weather reporter, was immediately brought back to the hospital after a day of being discharged. Al Roker had previously been hospitalized for blood clots in his leg and lungs.

“Al was rushed to the hospital after Thanksgiving,” according to PEOPLE.

He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, and Page Six reported that “his condition was worrying, but once back in the hospital he improved.”

“Al had to go to the hospital in an ambulance, and [Roker’s wife Deborah Roberts] was locked out of her car and couldn’t get inside it. The car malfunctioned. She couldn’t get her phone or any of her belongings,” an inside source reported to PEOPLE.

Al Roker stated two weeks ago on his Instagram page about being hospitalized. He also thanked everyone for their support and he was improving.

“So many of you have been thoughtfully asking where I’ve been. Last week I was admitted to the hospital with a blood clot in my leg which sent some clots into my lungs. After some medical whack-a-mole, I am so fortunate to be getting terrific medical care and on the way to recovery. Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers and hope to see you soon. Have a great weekend, everyone,” captioned Al Roker on social media.
