In December 2023, rumors about the couple first surfaced when they were spotted together in London’s Mayfair. Both Tom and Elsina attended as a couple during the event. A guest at the party reported seeing them exchanging gestures and dancing before leaving the venue.
The duo spends most of their time in Khayrova’s apartment in Knightsbridge, London. They have dined at several exclusive London restaurants privately.
