She told the audience that the split was supposed to be official by October 15, but “things are happening with Jax.” She even joked and crossed her fingers, but warned: the road to her freedom is paved with Jax’s own delays. 

She’s Single — And Loving It

Don’t worry, Bardi fans — Brittany’s embracing her single status. She laughed and said, “I am single, so introduce me,” while discussing how she’s “getting her sparkle back.” And at another podcast moment, she reflected on filing for divorce, admitting she felt relieved. “This is done. This is done,” she reportedly told host Alex Baskin. 

Co-Parenting Is Her Priority

It’s not all parties and glow-ups — Brittany is putting her 4-year-old son, Cruz, front and center. Her ongoing co-parenting journey with Jax is “going,” she said, though some private struggles remain. She’s calling the shots, prioritizing stability, and doing her best to keep Cruz’s world as calm as possible.

According to Brittany, not all of the drama is in the past. She claimed that even post-split, Jax is still “super, super controlling.” She’s making it clear: just because they’re separating, it doesn’t mean she’s walking away quietly.

Her Watch What Happens Live pal Jasmine Goode recently said Brittany has been seeing someone new: Grammy-winning songwriter Will Gittens. Goode added that she’s “never seen her like this” with Jax, calling their connection “amazing … very family-feeling.”
