Gal Gadot otherwise known as wonder woman has now become a blunder with her post on twitter.
Her efforts to encourage the corona affected and quarantines with the “Imagine” of John Lennon’s cover went in vain as her followers slammed her and stated to send money instead of this.
She shared a clip stating: “We’re all in this together,” at the beginning of the video which she shared on Wednesday on her social media page.
The 34 yr old 3 minutes video later shows a montage of celebs like “Mark Ruffalo, Will Ferrell, and few others singing the song of the late Beatle star’s opus which talks about a world without strife.”
She also said: “Imagine there’s no heaven,” croons Gadot, seemingly wearing little or no makeup and prompting “Saturday Night Live” alum Kristen Wiig to follow with, “It’s easy if you try.”
The 2014 Miss Israel stated in the video on her 6th day of self-isolation that she was captivated by a video of a trumpet player from Italy playing “Imagine” from his patio.
But this post was in vain as some of them labeled the clip as “cringe” and “out of touch.”
One of the users wrote: “I’ve always hated this song,” scoffed. “’ Imagine no possessions’ sung by some of the wealthiest people in the world.”
Yet another wrote: “Imagine all the people … Eating all the riiiich.”
Few others were surprised stating why the former beauty queen helps the people affected with Corona with some money rather than posting such videos. Corona has widely brought major downfall for the hotel business and other industries in New York alone.
In her Instagram account, one of the experts stated that: “BOO, donate if you really care abt the world rn.” One more criticized that: “Honey, look at all the rich people singing Imagine. Everything will be alright now, even though we both lost our jobs. This was so much better than money and not cringy at all.”
When the world is facing pandemic sickness Gal Gadot posts doesn’t add solace rather it has brought quite a lot of criticism.
