The wrestler and actor took to Instagram to share his injury with his fans and quotes “Things get intense here in the iron paradise”. Well, in September he revealed that he and his family were infected by COVID-19 and were in the process of recovering. But, we all know that we can’t expect the fitness freak, ‘The Rock’ stay away from his iron paradise for long.
Yesterday, he posted an Instagram video talking about his workout injury making it clear that he isn’t immune to the occasional workout injury. He shared the photo of the bloody wound he sustained while “throwing around” his 50-pound chain weights.
“Sometimes, well oftentimes, things get intense here in the iron paradise,” Johnson said in the video, with blood visibly running down the side of his face. “You get lumped up every once in a while and things happen.” He then used his finger to taste a bit of his own blood. “That’s good, that’s real good,” he said. “Back to work.” He also said that the “rules of the house” are to “taste your blood, keep training, and stitch up later.”
